DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Being a leader in your own right, your purpose as a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE is to be the face and the frontline person responsible for developing new businesses in the market, expanding the business with current customers, maintaining an exemplary business relationship, and executing sales and profitability targets within the assigned industries and area.

  • Promote CRYO-ASIA products and services to Semiconductor and Electronics, Cement, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Power and Energy, Manufacturing, and other industries.

  • Monitor competition on existing and new products, and pricing - understand competitor strengths and weaknesses and expected typical behavior.

  • Manage existing customers and establish new prospects.

  • Proactively resolve customer concerns, develop solutions, and create recommendations.

  • Execute business strategies adapting to changing market conditions to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

  • Grow and develop existing customers with new products, including deriving strategies to defend existing products and accounts.

  • Act as the key interface between customers and all relevant functions within CRYO-ASIA, resolving key issues and complaints.

  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

  • maintain updated sales funnel, data, and information relevant to the key accounts for the purpose of conducting analyses that influence account-specific decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS

  • College Graduate; preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or any science-related degree.

  • With at least one (1) year of working experience.

  • Experience in Corporate Sales & Marketing, and Business Development is an advantage.

  • Smart, proactive, works efficiently and can learn systematically.

  • An adaptable and transformational individual with an ability to work and decide independently.

  • High computer literacy, particularly on Windows programs and Microsoft Office.

  • Preferably knows how to drive, but not a primary requirement.
